Return Policy

What if they don't fit?

We offer a very simple return policy. If there is any problem with fit (or quality issue), we guarantee a full refund.   You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return but your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn (except for a try-on) and unused.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your request and we approve it – you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

What is on-demand?

When you place your order here on my website, it goes directly to the manufacturer – almost instantaneously. At that point, it gets made.  The fabric is printed with my designs, then cut and then sewn.  There is little waste, and never any inventory to off-load. Only what is needed, is made. 

This does mean that you are not going to recieve my products as fast as we’ve become used to with Amazon.

Each will have a different delivery speed. Typically, these ship domestically and take about 7-9 days. They are delivered in a nested plastic bag, that we encourage you to recycle.
